JASH400 Truss Coupling Robot

Overview

JASH400 truss coupling robot is specially used for CNC pipe thread lathes to process the diameter of φ153.67 ～ φ365.12mm casing couplings. It is a special CNC auxiliary equipment for automatic loading and unloading. Auxiliary equipment for loading and unloading parts.

JASH400 truss-type coupling robot adopts a unique dual Z-axis structure, which reduces loading and unloading assistance time when loading and unloading. The X-axis sliding guide rail arrangement adopts two rails perpendicular to each other (one horizontal and one vertical). The overall rigidity is good; the loading and unloading mechanisms are set at the center of the truss, which shortens the time for taking and unloading, and the robot takes and unloads more quickly.
