JA508FJ heavy-duty pneumatic auxiliary machine is a special numerically-controlled auxiliary equipment specially used for large and heavy-duty CNC pipe thread lathes to process diameter φ339.72 ～ φ508mm casing. 2) The main feed adopts variable frequency speed regulation, high-speed feed, deceleration after approaching the preset position, and high-speed return, which not only shortens the auxiliary time for feeding, but also reduces the impact on the machine tool.

3) Automatic feeding. The flap rises, and the pipe rolls to the side along the slope of the flap; the flap drops, and the pipe falls to a rack with a slope. The pipe is rolled out by gravity to realize the blanking.

4) Link with the host and run automatically.
