Performance characteristics and processing:
The lathe series is specially developed by the Company as per the requirements of petroleum industry. The user may adopt lathe-machining oil tubes, sleeves, oil tube and sleeve couplings and petroleum rod couplings of different specifications as required.
QK1319D, QK1319F and QK1319G are applicable to machining API oil tubes, sleeves, couplings and special buckles ranging from Ф60.3mm to Ф177.8mm, or API rod couplings ranging from Ф 60.3 to Ф 139.7 mm. QK1319D is developed as a basic version; QK1319F is provided with extended longitudinal travel and is applicable to machining of special buckles; QK1319G is developed as a scaled-up version.
To machine special buckles, corresponding tools may be selected to machine the special types of buckles popular in China and foreign countries, such as VAM, FOX, HSC and TPCQ. The Company may manufacture toolbars and tool bits for the users.
The users may select different types of chucks to meet the requirements of production as per the scale of production, and manual chucks, pneumatic chucks and hydraulic chucks are available.
