1) Automatic loading. The tube is placed on a material rack with a certain slope, and the tube is rolled to the positioning position by means of gravity, and the flap can be taken up to pick up the material.

2) The main feed adopts variable frequency speed regulation, high-speed feed, deceleration after approaching the preset position, and high-speed return, which not only shortens the auxiliary time for feeding, but also reduces the impact on the machine tool.

3) Automatic feeding. The flap rises, and the pipe rolls to the side along the slope of the flap; the flap drops, and the pipe falls to a rack with a slope. The pipe is rolled out by gravity to realize the blanking.

4) Link with the host and run automatically.

And all parts of the surface contacting the steel pipe are inlaid with polyurethane, such as feed rollers, support rollers, stoppers, etc. The use of polyurethane not only protects the finished thread parts from damage, but also reduces noise during the flow of steel pipes .
