Overview
JASH200 truss coupling robot is a CNC auxiliary equipment specially used for automatic loading and unloading of CNC140C-2 dual-spindle and double-slide CNC thread turning machine. It grasps coupling diameter φ73 ～ φ153.67mm, tight The length is 250mm, and it can also be used as an auxiliary equipment for loading and unloading short column parts in general machine tools.
JASH200 truss-type coupling robot adopts a unique dual Z-axis structure, which reduces loading and unloading assistance time when loading and unloading; X-axis sliding guide rail arrangement adopts two rails perpendicular to each other (one horizontal and one vertical). The overall rigidity is good; the picking and unloading of the robot are set at a high position, which shortens the loading and unloading time, and the picking and unloading of the robot is faster.
